How often is new content released?
Approximately three new sessions drop twice a year, giving you time to learn, grow, and truly enjoy each one before the next wave arrives. You’ll be ready - and a little hungry - for more.
Does Living Wyld have an app available?
Yes! Once you’ve joined Living Wyld, you can access all your sessions through the Kajabi app. Just download it, log in with your Living Wyld account, and enjoy your practices anywhere.

Can I download choreography?
Choreography is available for streaming only and can’t be downloaded. This keeps the content secure and ensures you always have access to the most up-to-date versions.
What type of dance is included?
Living Wyld blends global rhythm like salsa, cumbia, hip hop, country, cha cha, jazz, triple step, west coast swing and rumba. Depending on the session, you may also experience hip opening, spinal articulation, or somatic movement. Each designed to help you move with intention and feel more connected in your body. Learning new things is fun!
Do I Need Any special equipment?
Nope - just bring yourself! You might like having a yoga mat, a few props for comfort, and a water bottle nearby. Supportive shoes (or bare feet!) work great depending on your floor, and comfy clothes make all the difference.
