Belonging isn’t found. It’s felt.

The purpose of Living Wyld is to make room at the table for everyone.

Whether you’re craving connection, learning how to receive, or longing to feel at home in your body again, this is a place to learn and grow together. So many of us spend our lives caring for others, and Wyld offers a chance to return to ourselves. Not in the spa-day kind of way, but in the deeper practice of remembering who we are beneath all the hats we wear. Here, we reconnect to the body in ways that feel natural and real. No pressure. No performance. Through dance and meditation, we practice being present. These simple tools are proven to support happiness and well-being, and you deserve both.

So come pull up a chair. There’s space for you here.

I give so much to others and feel drained. How can Living Wyld help me restore my energy?

Thank you for caring so deeply for others, but it might be time to receive. Living Wyld helps you come back to balance—body, mind, and heart working together again. Through movement and stillness, you’ll practice both giving and receiving—learning to hold space for yourself with the same tenderness you offer everyone else. Each time you move through a Wyld session, you’re rebuilding your energy, restoring your joy, and learning that replenishment isn’t selfish—it’s sacred. You’ll leave centered and renewed, ready to give from a place of abundance rather than scarcity and exhaustion.

I pour myself into creative work and sometimes feel disconnected. How can Living Wyld help me reconnect and find flow?

If you’re constantly creating for others, it’s time to create with yourself.
Living Wyld gives you permission to breathe, move, and let mistakes turn into momentum. Each practice pulls you out of your head and back into your body, where your best ideas have been waiting all along. The more you move, the more you remember: creativity isn’t about getting it right—it’s about showing up, listening, and letting yourself flow—because when we learn ourselves, creativity rebuilds naturally.

I’m tired of gyms and strict wellness routines. How can Living Wyld offer a softer, more intuitive movement?

If you’re tired of gym culture and rigid routines, Living Wyld is your permission slip to move differently.
Here, movement is a joy and a blessing—not a chore or competition. The culture we move in changes everything. It should lift you, not limit you. You deserve to move in a space that feels like home—where it’s safe to be real, a little messy, and totally yourself.

Your home becomes your haven—a place where love grows, where you can dance in your pajamas, and where your cat is basically part of the choreography. Invite your mommas, sisters, kiddos, partner, or whoever’s within earshot. Everyone’s welcome. No mirrors, no counting reps—just music, movement, and a reminder of how good it feels to be in your body.

I want something that helps me heal without pushing harder. How does Living Wyld support personal healing in body, mind, and heart?

Let’s be real. Life is messy. Some days you’re rested and glowing; others, you’re running on caffeine and chaos. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve learned the value of doing less. I don’t have the time or energy to pile more onto my plate. What I give my energy and attention to has to matter.
Living Wyld honors that truth. It’s a practice that supports healing for the body, mind, and heart through movement, stillness, and a healthy dose of play. It’s physical, emotional, and intellectual—helping you reconnect without burning out. Healing isn’t a singular moment. It’s the little steps that start adding up when you keep showing up.

I love being a mom, but somewhere along the way I stopped feeling connected to myself. How can Living Wyld help me rediscover my voice and joy in my body?

Motherhood asks everything of us: our time, our energy, our focus. It can be beautiful and exhausting. Before we were mothers, we were individuals, and there’s deep value in remembering that. Living Wyld gives you space to breathe, move, and feel like you again. Through simple movement and mindful meditation, you’ll reconnect with the body you’ve been too busy to notice. You’ll discover strength where you thought there was fatigue and softness where you’ve been holding tension.

When you honor yourself, the people you love benefit too. Your children see you rest, play, and breathe, and they learn to do the same. Little by little, you’ll remember the joy of being in your own skin, and they’ll feel that freedom right alongside you.

I’ve always avoided dance, but secretly I long to feel freedom in my body. How can Living Wyld help me experience that?

If you’ve always avoided dance, you’re not alone. Many of us were taught to move only if it looked a certain way. Living Wyld changes that. The choreography is simple, the music is memorable, and the experience is about connection, not performance. You’ll start to move in ways that feel natural, not forced. With each session, you’ll find more ease, more confidence, and more freedom in your body. Living Wyld helps you reconnect with movement as something joyful, healing, and uniquely yours.

My days are full of responsibilities and constant decisions. How can Living Wyld help me reset and reconnect with myself?

We spend our days solving problems, leading others, and thinking critically—but that constant output can drain creativity and clarity. Living Wyld helps restore it. Through movement and meditation, you’ll shift from mental overdrive to embodied awareness. When body and mind work together, ideas flow, and creativity reawakens—without burnout.

I’ve seen it again and again: friends who received promotions, started businesses, or left unfulfilling jobs say it all began with Living Wyld. When you move with awareness, you start to see and feel more clearly.

This isn’t a quick fix; it’s a rhythm for life. No rush, no finish line—just space to breathe. Simmer down, sister, we’ve got this.

I’ve been living in go-mode for so long that my body doesn’t know how to rest. How can Living Wyld help me unwind and reset?

We learn to notice what happens in our bodies when we’re stressed—tight jaw, shallow breathing, or a clenched pelvic floor. These are the body’s biomarker signals that we’re stuck in “fight, flight, or freeze,” the work of the sympathetic nervous system, which can leave us feeling strung out and anxious.

In Living Wyld, we practice recognizing and releasing those patterns through movement and meditation. This helps shift the body into the parasympathetic state—our natural rest, restore, and regulate mode. You’ll start to feel what calm actually feels like in your own body and learn how to return to it. This is how regulation becomes personal—your cues, your rhythm, your reset.

Living Wyld offers an organic, personal way to help you regulate your nervous system and return to balance.

Every big movement starts with one person. How can Living Wyld help me be the spark that builds community and connection?

Living Wyld began in my garage with a few women, a speaker balanced on a box, and just enough space to move between the bikes. In that ordinary space, something extraordinary happened — connection.

Community begins the same way it did there: with one person showing up. Each time you practice, you create energy that ripples outward. You become the spark. Invite a friend, your sister, your partner — anyone who could use a place to breathe and belong — and share what Living Wyld has given you.

People who are Living Wyld come from all places and perspectives. Different ages, beliefs, and backgrounds — yet when we move and meditate together, we remember what unites us. This is humanity at its best: championing others while holding space for yourself to do the same.

You don’t have to wait for community. You get to build it.
